RFC’s Liability for Shipment Losses or Damages
When you trust Road Flex Courier, LLC to get your package from point A to point B, we want you to have peace of mind knowing that your parcel is insured and you are dealing with a reliable courier service provider. Road Flex automatically covers your shipment(s) up to $100.00 from the time they are picked up until the time they get delivered unless they were declared to have a higher value while the order was being placed.
Our maximum liability with regard to any shipment is $100.00. If your shipment requires additional coverage, Road Flex Courier offers shippers the ability to purchase it at $1.75 per every $100.00 on declared value shipments that exceed the standard $100.00 coverage limit. For example, a $300.00 declared value shipment would cost $3.50 to cover. Please note, a cargo declaration form needs to be completed and submitted to us prior to pickup.
Also note that a claim for loss or damage to a shipment will not be willingly paid by a carrier unless filed in writing with the receiving or delivering carrier. We only provide assurance on the safe delivery of the products. Road Flex Courier, LLC is not liable for any mishandling at the customer’s site.
