Since late 2018, Road Flex Courier, LLC has partnered with a well-known credit card processing company based in Nassau County, NY, to manage critical daily mail logistics. The client required a dependable system to ensure time-sensitive USPS correspondence moved efficiently between their office and the post office without interruption.

To support daily operations, we assigned two dedicated couriers along with a standby driver available to assist if needed. This structure ensures business continuity, even during peak periods, staff absences, or unexpected scheduling changes. Our team collects outgoing mail, delivers it directly to USPS for processing, and retrieves incoming mail for return to the office — all on a strict daily schedule.
