Lab Specimen Transportation (Since 2018)
In 2018, a reputable in-house medical laboratory with internal practices hired Road Flex Courier to manage daily specimen pickups. Our couriers met phlebotomists and nursing staff at multiple practice locations where blood samples were collected and transported the specimens directly to the Nassau County-based laboratory.

This project required five dedicated couriers to support daily operations. Timing and proper handling were critical to maintaining sample integrity and ensuring accurate testing. Through organized routing, careful transport procedures, and consistent communication, we have maintained a dependable daily workflow that supports patient care behind the scenes.
