In 2017, Road Flex Courier began supporting a Knoxville, TN-based medical billing and processing company with daily file collection services across Long Island, NY. The project involved retrieving sensitive medical records from multiple doctors’ offices and delivering them to the client’s operations center, then located in Patchogue, NY.

Because these files contained confidential patient information, reliability, professionalism, and discretion were critical. We assigned two couriers to handle daily pickups, ensuring each office was serviced on time and that all materials were securely transported for processing and billing.

Our team developed efficient routes across Long Island to maximize productivity while maintaining strict delivery timelines. Communication between our dispatch team and the client allowed for real-time coordination and immediate resolution of any scheduling adjustments.

The project ran successfully from 2017 through early last year, when the client unfortunately lost the account and services were discontinued. Throughout the duration of the partnership, Road Flex maintained consistent service standards and built a strong working relationship based on trust and dependability.
