This program is designed for local businesses that ship regularly and want dependable service at discounted rates. With rates starting as low as $9 per delivery, eligible businesses can enjoy affordable same-day service for parcels, retail orders, pharmacy deliveries, documents, and other leak-free shipments.

Shipment Limits
- Maximum dimensions: 24" × 24" × 24"
- Maximum weight: 50 lbs per shipment
- Insurance included up to $250
- Optional declared value coverage available up to $5,000
- Email proof of delivery included
Service Requirements
- Active business account required
- Minimum one scheduled order per week
- Orders must be scheduled by the previous business day
- Daily pickup cutoff: 10:00 AM
- Order data must be submitted before 5:00 PM the prior day
- All shipments must be pre-labeled and leak-free
- Weekly ACH or credit card billing is required before service begins.
- Minimum 10 deliveries per day to qualify for the $9 delivery rate

Discounted pricing applies only to qualifying scheduled deliveries within Queens, Nassau County, and Western Suffolk County that meet the program requirements. Deliveries outside these designated service areas are billed at standard rates, subject to availability, and may be declined, rescheduled, or canceled at Road Flex Courier, LLC's sole discretion.
