Dedicated Courier Services are intended for legitimate, recurring business delivery operations and are subject to service availability, geographic coverage, vehicle capacity, scheduling, and final approval by Road Flex Courier, LLC. Advertised rates are starting rates and are not guaranteed until a written quote or service agreement is issued.
Daily or recurring rates apply only to the agreed-upon service scope, route, schedule, mileage, workload, package specifications, and operating hours. Additional charges may apply for excessive stops, extended mileage, waiting time, oversized or overweight shipments, special handling, after-hours requests, tolls, parking, or services outside the agreed scope.
Road Flex Courier, LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, reassign, or terminate service when requested work creates unreasonable safety, legal, operational, financial, or contractual risks. Clients may not directly redirect, privately hire, bypass, or materially change a courier's assignment without Road Flex authorization.
Cargo coverage is subject to applicable terms, conditions, exclusions, declared value requirements, and service limitations. The standard cargo liability is limited to $100 per shipment unless additional coverage is approved in advance. Declared-value coverage up to $5,000 is subject to eligibility and approval.
Road Flex Courier, LLC, its contractors, and couriers are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information, improper packaging, prohibited items, recipient unavailability, delays beyond reasonable control, or circumstances outside the courier's control.
Service is provided under the applicable Road Flex Courier, LLC service agreement, rate confirmation, and terms of service.
